Lake Erie Monsters

The Lake Erie Monsters came back home to a crowd of 12,000+ at Quicken Loans Arena in atticipation of the unvieling of the third jersey. The Monsters would unveil the third jersey and they would beat Hamilton 3-1. It all started in the first period when Phil Dupuis stuffed the puck in from the side of the net. However, Hamilton would be quick to tie. A few moments later, Hamilton would tie the game at 1. In the third period with the score still tied at one, Phil Dupuis electrified the crowd with his second power play goal of the night. Since the power play goal came in the third period everyone in attendence won a free Taco Bell Chalupa. Later on in the third period, Matt Hendricks would seal the game with the empty net goal. Since this was three goals that Lake Erie scored along with chalupa's everyone would get a free thing of Wendy's Chili. Lake Erie bounces back into action on Monday in Manitoba.
